Like many of my guests, she has a deep and lifelong love for horses. And fortunately, she is among those who have translated this love into something concrete that benefits not only the horses, but also the riders. At the heart of it lies a very interesting combination of the body control of a ballet dancer, the mind of a researcher and the professional expertise of a veterinarian. And this combination has given her an unusually deep understanding of the interaction between horse and rider. Out of this grew not only a doctoral thesis that dealt with the rider's seat and physical posture, but a broad and quite unique understanding of how we as riders can become the best version of ourselves in our encounter with the horse, and not least how we can ensure a healthy and durable horse no matter what level we ride at."
