Frequently Asked Questions
1. Which course should I choose?
1. Which course should I choose?
Level 1 is the starting point for everyone – regardless of discipline or riding level. We recommend that all riders begin with Level 1 before moving on to Level 2 and then choosing a specialized Level Up Course (Dressage or Show Jumping).
For those who train others, we also offer RIB Coach Lab, designed specifically to give coaches the tools they need to help their students progress faster.
2. What equipment do I need for the training?
2. What equipment do I need for the training?
You don’t need anything to get started. However, we recommend having a balance matt, ball and resistance bands, which you can get in our RIB Shop. You can also find replacements for these tools in your own home, for example a pillow or a seat cushion, and a stool.
If you want more complete training tools, we recommend our RIB Training Package Pluss– and as a Academy member you always get 15% off.
3. How long do I have access after purchase?
3. How long do I have access after purchase?
When you purchase a course, you start a subscription billed annually. This means you have full access to your package for one year, with automatic renewal. During that year, you can watch the videos anytime, anywhere, and as many times as you want.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you’ll still have access for the full year you’ve paid for.
4. Can I combine RIB Academy with my regular riding lessons?
4. Can I combine RIB Academy with my regular riding lessons?
Yes! All the exercises at RIB Academy are designed to directly improve your riding, so you will quickly notice results in your regular training sessions. This learning platform is ment to be a great tool to further develop as a rider, without putting additional strain on your horse.
6. Do I need a horse to complete the courses?
6. Do I need a horse to complete the courses?
No, you don’t need a horse. Many of the exercises are done unmounted, where you first learn the correct technique. Then you take what you’ve learned into the saddle to develop further. All exercises are done both unmounted and mounted. You only need a horse for the mounted exercises.
