We recommend practicing the exercises actively for 15–30 minutes, four times a week at a minimum. Like with any other sport, the more you train, the better you get. The RIB method is based on your own movement patterns and balance, and it’s not meant to be a quick fix — it’s about how you move from the moment you get up in the morning until you go to bed, every single day.
