Become an even better rider with More Training. This package builds on the intro package and requires that you already know the basic principles of the RIB method and have learned the exercises in the intro package. Mer Trening gives you several training programs aimed at stability, strength, mobility and balance. In addition, you get even more riding technique exercises that can be done on the mat, ball, roller and horse, including versader and traverse.
More Training is for those of you who already know the basic principles of the RIB method and want to develop yourself even further.

We recommend everyone start with the intro package to ensure you have the necessary basic knowledge you need throughout the remaining packages.

You don't need anything to start, but we recommend having a ball and a pair of elastic bands when purchasing the intro package. If you want to buy more packages, we recommend our training package, which you as an Academy member get a 15% discount on.

You pay for one year at a time at RIB Academy. The subscription is automatically renewed after one year has passed unless you cancel in advance.

By following our Academy and our training program, you will experience improvement in your riding within six weeks.

We recommend that you actively practice the exercises for 15-30 minutes 4 times a week as a minimum. Otherwise, as with any other sport, the more you practice, the better you will get.
The RIB method is based on your own movement pattern and balance, and this is basically not a quick-fix, it is about how you move from the moment you get up until you go to bed, every day.
