No hidden costs
Products are sold including all taxes and duties, there is no additional cost to what you see in the checkout.
Payment method
We accept credit card payments as well as Klarna. Our card payment solution is delivered by Stripe. For Norwegian customers we also accept Vipps payments in our webshop.
Delivery time
As soon as you have placed your order in the web shop, you will receive a confirmation by email. When we receive your order, we will pack your products within 1-3 days. It usually takes between 5-10 working days before you receive your package. We strive to deliver orders as soon as possible. If we experience a delivery problem on certain products, we will contact you and let you know when you can expect your products.
Shipping
At the moment, we ship only to Norway and Sweden from our webshop. Please contact us by email to shop@riderinbalance.com of you need shipping outside these countries.
Claims and Returns
If you change your mind, you can return the unused product within 14 days and get a full refund. To claim the right of return, the product must be unused, and returned in original packaging. The shipping cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us on shop@riderinbalance.com before you return your goods to us. We will refund your payment as soon as we have received and accepted the returned products.
